House Rules

House Rules Golfcentrum Amsteldijk (A-Status Course)


1. General

  • Entering and using the golf course and its associated facilities is entirely at your own risk.
  • Visitors and players must comply with these house rules at all times.
  • Instructions given by Golfcentrum Amsteldijk staff, marshals, and golf professionals must be followed immediately.

2. Access and Tee Times

  • Play is only permitted with a valid tee time. Check-in is mandatory.
  • Starting before or after your assigned tee time is only permitted with the marshal’s approval.
  • Green fees must be paid in advance.

3. Safety

  • Always ensure there is sufficient distance between you and other players or course staff before taking a golf swing.
  • Shout “FORE!” if your ball is heading toward other players, other holes, or any person—even if you are unsure.
  • For their own safety, spectators must remain on the designated paths.

4. Pace of Play and Course Care

  • Course maintenance staff always have priority. Wait for their signal before continuing play.
  • If there is a gap ahead of your group and a faster group is playing behind you, you are expected to let them play through.
  • Replace divots, rake bunkers, and repair pitch marks on the greens.
  • Golf trolleys, buggies, and handicarts are not permitted on greens or aprons.

5. Equipment and Use

  • The use of driving range balls on the golf course is prohibited.
  • Every player must have their own golf bag.
  • Property belonging to Golfcentrum Amsteldijk may only be used for its intended purpose.

6. Smoke-Free Premises

  • The entire Golfcentrum Amsteldijk premises are a smoke-free area.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the course, practice facilities, paths, or other outdoor areas.

7. Enforcement

  • In the event of non-compliance with these house rules, Golfcentrum Amsteldijk may take appropriate measures, including:
    • Temporary removal from the course;
    • Denial of (further) access;
    • Temporary or permanent suspension.
  • No refund will be provided in the event of enforcement action.

 

House Rules Practice Centre 9 Worlds of Golf

1. General

  • Entering and using the practice centre is entirely at your own risk.
  • Visitors must comply with these house rules and follow the instructions of staff.

2. Safety

  • Golf swings may only be performed from the designated hitting mats, with the exception of the Grass World.
  • In bunkers and other practice areas, sufficient distance must be maintained from other users before each shot.
  • Always keep a safe distance from other visitors of the practice centre.

3. Use of Facilities and Equipment

  • The golf balls at the 9 Worlds of Golf are the property of Golfcentrum Amsteldijk.
  • The use of these balls on the Par-3 course or the A-Status course is not permitted.
  • Removal or improper use of golf balls may result in removal from the premises or (temporary) suspension.

4. Conduct

  • Making phone calls on the practice facilities of the 9 Worlds of Golf is not permitted.
  • Children up to and including 13 years old may only use the practice centre under the supervision of an adult.
  • It is not permitted to disturb other users or create unsafe situations.
  • Please place your (empty) basket next to the ball dispenser after use.

5. Professionals and Instruction

  • Lessons, training sessions, and providing instruction are only permitted by golf professionals affiliated with Golfcentrum Amsteldijk.
  • External golf professionals and trainers may only provide lessons with prior approval from management.

6. Smoke-Free Premises

  • The entire Golfcentrum Amsteldijk premises, including the 9 Worlds of Golf, are a smoke-free area.
  • Smoking is not permitted on or around the practice facilities, paths, or other outdoor areas.
