Discover the Opkamer, a versatile and charming space in the Van Schaik family’s old farmhouse, which was once part of their living quarters. With flexible layouts for your meetings, courses, or workshops, the Opkamer can accommodate groups of up to 36 people, depending on the chosen layout. The space is also ideal for social gatherings, with a capacity of up to 50 people.
You can also combine your meeting with a delicious lunch or dinner, making every occasion both productive and relaxing. Choose the Opkamer if you’re looking for a flexible and inspiring setting, steeped in history and equipped with all the amenities needed for a successful gathering.
Formations
U-shaped layout
The U-shaped layout in De Opkamer can accommodate up to 21 people, making it ideal for interactive meetings and workshops. This layout encourages open dialogue and ensures that everyone is directly involved in the discussion, with space in the center for presentations or a speaker.
Square Formation
With seating for 22 people, our square layout promotes effective communication and collaboration. This layout is perfect for meetings and brainstorming sessions, where every participant is given equal opportunity to contribute—ideal for encouraging open discussion and interaction.
Cabaret-style seating arrangement
Our Cabaret layout, which accommodates up to 36 people, is ideal for larger, interactive events such as workshops and training sessions. With tables arranged for optimal visibility and interaction, this layout supports a dynamic learning environment and encourages group discussions and engagement.

Looking to rent a space?
The Opkamer can be rented by half-day or a combination of half-days. The cost is €225 for one half-day, just €375 for two half-days, and €550 for three half-days (full day). The available half-day slots are as follows:
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
