House Rules

Rules of the Golf Center Amsteldijk (A-status course)

1. General

  • Entry to and use of the golf course and its facilities are entirely at your own risk.
  • Visitors and players must adhere to these house rules at all times.
  • Instructions from staff, marshals, and golf professionals at Golfcentrum Amsteldijk must be followed immediately.

2. Admission and Start Times

  • Playing is permitted only with a valid start time. Registration is required.
  • Starting before or after the assigned start time is permitted only with the marshal’s permission.
  • Green fees must be paid in advance.

3. Safety

  • Always maintain a safe distance from other players and course staff before taking a swing.
  • Call “FORE” when your ball is heading toward other players, holes, or people—even if you’re not sure.
  • For their own safety, spectators should remain on the trails.

4. Game Play and Course Maintenance

  • Course staff always have the right of way. Wait for their signal before continuing to play.
  • If space opens up and faster flights are playing behind you, you are expected to let them pass.
  • Replace any divots, rake the bunkers, and repair pitch marks on the greens.
  • Golf carts, buggies, and handicap carts are not permitted on greens and aprons.

5. Materials and Use

  • The use of driving range balls on the golf course is prohibited.
  • Each player must have their own golf bag.
  • Properties owned by Golfcentrum Amsteldijk may only be used for their intended purposes.

6. Smoke-Free Premises

  • The entire grounds of the Amsteldijk Golf Center are a smoke-free zone.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the course, at the practice facilities, on the trails, or in other outdoor areas.

7. Enforcement

  • In the event of non-compliance with these house rules, Golfcentrum Amsteldijk may take appropriate measures, including:
    • Temporary removal from the track;
    • Denial of (further) access;
    • Temporary or permanent suspension.
  • There is no right to a refund in the event of enforcement.

House Rules for the 9 Worlds of Golf Practice Center

1. General

  • Entry into and use of the training center are entirely at your own risk.
  • Visitors must abide by these house rules and follow the instructions of staff members.

2. Safety

  • The golf swing may only be performed on the hitting mats, with the exception of the World of Grass.
  • In bunkers and during other practice activities, participants must maintain a sufficient distance from other users with each shot.
  • Always maintain a safe distance from other visitors at the training center.

3. Use of Facilities and Materials

  • The golf balls at the 9 Worlds of Golf are the property of Golfcentrum Amsteldijk.
  • The use of these balls on the par-3 course or the A-status course is not permitted.
  • Removal or improper use of golf balls may result in removal or (temporary) suspension.

4. Behavior

  • Making phone calls at the 9 Worlds of Golf practice facilities is not permitted.
  • Children up to and including age 13 may use the practice center only under adult supervision.
  • You are not allowed to disturb other users or create unsafe situations.
  • Please place your (empty) basket next to the ball pit after use.

5. Professionals and Instruction

  • Lessons, training, and instruction may only be provided by golf professionals affiliated with Golfcentrum Amsteldijk.
  • Outside golf professionals and instructors may teach only with prior approval from management.

6. Smoke-Free Premises

  • The entire grounds of the Amsteldijk Golf Center, including the 9 Worlds of Golf, are a smoke-free zone.
