What happens after the course day?
After this day of golf, you’ll go home with your official course permit. With it, you’ll be able to head straight out onto our 9-hole A-status course on your own to gain some experience. You’ll also receive a voucher for a high-handicap round with a buddy, so you can play your first qualifying round.
Here’s how to earn your HCP 54 (GVB):
Step 1
You’ll head out onto the course and play your first qualifying round. Of course, we’ll explain exactly how this works during the course.
Step 2
If you achieve a score equivalent to a handicap of 54, we will immediately enter it into the NGF system.
Step 3
You will receive your digital NGF card with your official Handicap 54.
NGF registration is included with this course. We’ll take care of everything behind the scenes so you can focus entirely on the game.

The 9 Worlds of Golf is our unique practice facility where you can practice all aspects of your golf game, from your swing to your short game. This practice center is ideal for both beginners and advanced players.

Once you’ve achieved your HCP 54, you can participate in tournaments at Golf Amsteldijk. You can sign up for various competitions, such as the Monthly Cup, the Walk-In Play Together, and the High Handicap Round.

A beautiful 9-hole golf course with various practice facilities. Even though it’s just a stone’s throw from Amsterdam, it’s actually a lot quieter on the course than you’d expect. Some holes are a bit far apart, so that requires a bit of extra walking. Nice clubhouse and dining options.
Great driving range! Memberships are much more cost-effective than day passes. It’s probably not the best place to visit on Sundays, especially when the weather is nice, because it gets absolutely packed! Still, it’s worth it.
It’s a great place to practice or improve your golf skills. There are plenty of practice options for both long and short shots, and you can even play a few holes. The food and beverage options are excellent.
I went there for the first time today. I had a blast at the 9 Worlds course. I hit a whole lot of balls. And the par-3 practice holes were actually pretty tricky at times. I think there’s a great challenge here for players of every skill level. I’ll definitely be coming back more often💪
