Practice makes perfect
The bunkers found on the golf course next to the fairway—known as fairway bunkers—add an extra challenge and can make the game a lot more interesting. They also help prevent the ball from landing in the water or going out of bounds. Our large fairway bunker offers the perfect opportunity to practice long shots from this bunker.
How to Use
From this massive bunker, you can hit longer shots toward various targets in the central area of the 9 Worlds. Fairway bunkers are located much farther from the hole than the so-called green bunkers, so these bunkers require a longer shot. Can you hit the ball out of the sand and reach the target?

Tip 1: Dig your feet in.
As with any shot, it’s important to have a solid stance, but this is perhaps even more important in the bunker. So make sure you have a solid stance and dig your feet a little into the sand.
Tip 2: Hit the ball first.
Make sure you hit the ball first (and not the sand). Be careful, though, to kick up as little sand as possible. That slows the ball down, and of course we don’t want that!
